Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales), due to wild weather, COVID-19 or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond The Formulated's reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and so we follow any Queensland Public Holidays.
We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times. If you suspect your parcel has been significantly delayed and we will follow up with Australia Post to get an update for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use Australia Post as our shipping partner. Most orders within metro cities are delivered within 2-3 business days. Regional towns and cities will usually be delivered within 5 to 7 days. These are estimated times, Australia Post will have more detailed information on timelines, acknowledging that with the current climate of Covid restrictions, delivery times will vary.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following business days.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.

We are committed to sustainable packaging on all orders. All our mail bags, stickers, tissue paper and wrapping is made from soy-based inks, FSC-certified paper and is sulphur and lignin-free. They are also 100% compostable, recyclable, and made from recycled materials.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes, we ensure that security is paramount, this is why this site is built on Shopify - the most secure platform available. We do not store any payment details including customer's credit card details.
